Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits may be transferrable to a rescheduled date if done so at least 78 hours (3 days) prior to your appointment time. Changes made less than 78 hours notice will be required to submit a new deposit.
There is a grace period of 15 minutes. Late arrivals run the risk of being rescheduled and will require a new deposit towards the rescheduled appointment.
No call / no shows will be charged 100% of the service and become unable to book again in the future.
